4.2 Deposit Processing. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your 92pkt balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours. 92pkt bears no responsibility for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods previously used for deposit where reasonably possible. 4.4 Currency. The primary account currency on 92pkt is Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where transactions are initiated in another currency, conversion will occur at the rate applied by the relevant payment processor. 92pkt does not control exchange rates applied by third-party processors.
4.5 Own Funds. You confirm that all funds deposited to 92pkt are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity. 92pkt reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on deposits or withdrawals of significant value.
5.1 Rules of Play. Each game and betting market on 92pkt is governed by specific rules displayed within the relevant game or betting section. Your use of the 92pkt Platform is also governed by the 92pkt Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 92pkt processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
92pkt reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or prominent notification on the Platform.
